Christopher is Director of Client Relations for Softpak. He is responsible for ensuring that our customers’ expectations are exceeded at every stage of their interaction with Softpak’s products and services. Aside from overseeing client support and education, Christopher is also responsible for leading the firm’s sales efforts of their scalable wealth management products.
Prior to joining SoftPak in 1999, Christopher spent 5 years in the data storage industry. As a business analyst at EMC, he designed a change management solution for tracking and measuring trends within the data-storage industry, thus allowing EMC to more effectively respond to the increasingly competitive landscape. Prior to EMC, he held senior management positions in sales and support with More Solutions, an entrepreneurial venture focused on selling storage solutions to the mid-range marketplace.
Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont, and an MBA with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
