Steve is an independent consultant. He advises a range of private equity-backed growth companies to formulate strategic direction and align it with focused execution.
Most recently, Steve served as chief operating officer and chief strategy officer at Offerpad (NYSE: OPAD), a leading residential real estate iBuyer. There, he was responsible for aligning the company’s strategy and vision and leading the team in executing Offerpad’s operating plan. He oversaw product, technology, conversion, analytics, strategic initiatives, training, and procurement.
Prior to Offerpad, Steve served as managing director at MCSI and president of InvestorForce, a financial technology company that served the institutional investment consulting community. He also held operating and product management roles in asset management (Redstone, Gartmore, Fidelity Investments) and fintech (Intuit, EXP).
Steve received a BA in Economics and History from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
